We DO NOT take owner surrenders
If you need to surrender your pet, please contact your local shelter. If you wish to rehome your pet and are asking us to share the information, please visit our Facebook page where you can post your pet and contact information in our Visitors section.
We are an all volunteer organization, which means all of us work full-time jobs and won't always be able to respond to your request within minutes of receiving it. However, we will respond as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please read the following articles to see if they can answer your questions BEFORE contacting us.

SPAY/NEUTER and VETERINARY RESOURCES If you need help spaying/neutering your animals, there are many low-cost resources in the Tulsa area. We've also listed low-cost vaccination clinics, as well as veterinarians who offer reduced-price services, exams, and/or payment plans. Please visit our Spay/Neuter resources page.
ABUSED DOGS If you suspect an animal is being abused, please contact the authorities immediately! The Tulsa SPCA has a cruelty investigator as does Tulsa Animal Welfare. If it is after hours, contact your local police department. We cannot stress this enough – we DO NOT have the legal authority to seize an animal, only the police and authorized animal welfare investigators can do that.
